Hi,

I have sent two emails to the webmaster regarding registration of this product and have yet to receive any key file or indeed any acknowlegement. Anybody there? On holiday?

I assume this post will be ignored as well...

Well it can be quiet in here but Marc does normally respond within a few days and a bit faster if you email him direct.

I don't think he has many, if any helpers either. Maybe he is on holiday, ill, PC trouble etc etc...but if you have paid for a license then I can appreciate your frustration.

It seems Marc's last response on here was 25th September!!

Thanks m4rk,

Nice to know somebody is listening! I have sent an email each day to Mark since getting the software but no reply is not helpful nor does it make me confident about support for this product, especially when I am having problems with the software. Still, I will exercise some patience... :wink:

Marc,

In future , if possible, could you please let us users know if you are unable to provide support for a period of time. At least then we could all stop wasting our time in looking out for emails and posts here from you. I am sure this would be better for everyone and your inbox. We would be less stressed and more patient awaiting your return.

I hope all is OK with you?

I was some days not in my office, but have already answered the emails.

I have lost my job and I am a little bit in trouble at the moment to find a new one and to find out how it goes on! :-(

Hi Marc,

No problem, for me www is a bit of give and take. I learn stuff from the internet sometimes I know enough to be useful to others. In that case I do not mind putting a bit back as pay back for all the others who have kindly helped me.

Sorry to hear about your job...I guess you have already considered if you could take your Crazy Pixel stuff full time and pay the bills!
