I want to start a saved camera video window whenever Windows starts, without CamUniv's main window showing at all. Is there a command line option or some other way to do this?

Hello,
from the menu select "General/Settings". In the settings dialog select the "Startup" tab. There you can select if an icon of the application and the icons of the video windows should be shown. Additional you can select to minimize the main window at startup! If you select this, the main windows is not shown (or only very short at startup).
To prevent the CrazyPixels logo from showing, you can start the application with the parameter -nosign CamUniversal -nosing
