CamPermanent v 3.9
Marc, Some helpful feature suggestions based on CP 3.9
-Ability to Copy and Paste a "New Camera", thus allowing for much faster camera setup -OR- "Create New Camera" from a preexisting camera. Same thing either way but would save a lot of time and dialog presses.
-Ability to General\ "Save Settings As..." much like .cam files General\Save Cameras As... to alternate locations and/or create a backup.
-In Email Sending dialog (Camera\Adjust Camera\Select Action At Detection\Email Sending\, allow for reduction/re-sizing of attached emailed picture size (like "Attach Motion Picture") leaving master picture original size for further review -OR- Allow for all reduced pictures to be sent instead of just "Current Picture Containing Motion"
Thanks, Ross

Hi Ross,
thank you for your suggestions. At the moment you can do thwe following.
The standard program data and settings are saved by default in the Windows application data folder: Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\CrazyPixels\CamPermanent\ Windows 7: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\CrazyPixels\CamPermanent\ If you run the program with the startup paramter -local, all settings are saved into the program folder.
There you can find the *.cam files, were all camera settings are saved.
If you start the program without a camera and add a new camera you can do "Save Cameras as" and give this camera file a name. (e.g. ipcam1.cam ) All settings for this camera are saved in this file. It's a standard XML file, so you can edit is easily with an editor. So you can create ipcam2.cam etc. and then load with "Load Cameras".
The program settings are saved in settings.dat. It's also a XML file and easily to edit.
The resizing option makes sense.
Kind regards
